We are currently seeking an experienced National Sales Manager with a strong background in merchandising to lead our sales team and drive growth.
Job Overview: Sr Director will be responsible for overseeing and directing the sales strategies and operations across the country. This role requires a dynamic leader who can effectively manage a national sales team, develop and execute sales strategies, and enhance our merchandising efforts to maximize product visibility and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve national sales targets and expand market share.
- Lead, manage, and mentor a nationwide sales team, setting clear objectives and providing regular feedback.
- Collaborate closely with the merchandising team to ensure that product placement and in-store displays align with brand standards and drive sales.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare detailed reports, and present findings to senior management.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns that support sales and merchandising goals.
- Manage the sales budget, forecast sales, and set sales goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales management, with at least 3-5 years in a national or regional role.
